Exterior framing: 90 x 45 H1.2 treated with H3 bottom plates (incl interior wet areas) pre-cut and pre-nailed.
Interior framing: 90 x 45 H1.2 Treated. Double nogs at 800 & 1600 throughout.
Roof framing: H1.2 treated Trusses pre-cut and pre-nailed.
Roof: Gerard Colortile Roof complete with self supporting underlay or Dimond Colorsteel Corrugated or Styleline Longrun Roofing.
Exterior Cladding: Midland 70 series brick with standard grey mortar to lower level and/or a choice of James Hardie claddings painted two colours (inc Soffits and Fascia).
