Using our bulk buying power we can supply a complete kitset at very competitive prices with the advantage of only having to deal with one person. We arrange everything for you and can schedule delivery times to suit any building program. We pride ourselves on providing New Zealand’s most flexible kitset homes; we can alter or upgrade almost any component to suit your tastes or preferences. You then project manage the building of your new home yourself.

Shell Only Building Solution
If you want to add the ultimate personal touch to your home and save thousands of dollars shell only is the option for you. We provide you with locked up shell, the exterior is completely finished.

We still take care of the building consent process and all the major building work, but leave you with the interior to personalize and complete at your own pace and budget. We won’t just leave you in the dark either, our construction manager is available to provide advice and assistance until you receive your Code of Compliance Certificate.

Steel Framing
All of our standard pre-priced plans featured on this website are built using H1.2 treated timber framing. We are also happy to build these designs using steel framing. Please contact us if you would like us to provide you with a quote using steel framing. Steel framing has the following features and benefits:
